The Feast of St. Christopher, Patron of Travelers, is July 25.
Here at St. Gertrude, we offer the Blessing of Cars on the preceding Sunday, and invite parishioners to equip their cars, trucks or motorcycles with an image of St. Christopher to invoke his protection on their journeys.
We are pleased to offer a St. Christopher visor clip, together with a St. Christopher holy card and traveller’s prayer for a nominal donation of $15.
If your own car is already equipped with one, consider ordering one for a young friend or relative.
